What are the library hours?

Nash Library hours depend on the trimester. If it’s the spring or fall semester, then we’re open

Monday – Thursday 8am – midnight

Friday 8am to 5pm

Saturday 11am – 5pm (selected Saturdays only)

Sunday 4pm – midnight

If it’s the summer trimester, then the hours are

Monday – Thursday 8am – 8pm

Friday 8am -5pm

Saturday 11am – 5pm (selected Saturdays only)

Sunday 2pm – 8pm

If you want to come to the library when school is not in session or if a holiday is involved, you should check this web page first.

What’s with all the questions?

You’ll soon be noticing a lot of questions on the blog. That’s because we’re asked a lot of questions about Nash Library over and over. So, we’re going to answer them on the blog and put them into the “Frequently Asked Questions” category. If you need an answer, look in the “Categories” (it’s over on your right) area and find “Frequently Asked Questions”. Got it? Good. Now just click on it and you’ll see the list of questions we’ve answered so far. I’ll try to answer one or two questions a day. It’s not like I’m Shakespeare ;-)

There’s a rooster in the hen house

Rooster The very astute visitor to Nash Library has surely noticed that there is a rooster in the hen house. Jason Sherman, USAO Class of 2006, was recently appointed as the Library Systems Specialist. Jason was previously employed in the library as a work study. His responsibilities include designing and running the library’s web presence which includes our online catalog, the website, and MUCH more.
